$HVR serves as the governance token for the HarvestHaven protocol, driving its operations by rewarding tokenholders and facilitating governance decisions. It will be introduced natively on Base. Key functions of $HVR include: incentivizing tokenholders to actively participate in protocol affairs and development, as well as granting holders the authority to vote on governance matters in Harvest's snapshots.

Now, what about $stHVR?

$stHVR functions as the receipt token for the Harvest vault, serving as the output contract for incentive programs. Through our staking vaults, $HVR is distributed to tokenholders as rewards. To receive these rewards, you must be actively staking $HVR. This approach allows our community to earn from their holdings while maintaining their voting rights.
